Zásilkovna

The postage is based on the price list of the company Zásilkovna

• Ordered products are delivered to a selected pickup point in the Zásilkovna network.
• At the time of shipment, you will receive information about the dispatch and the tracking number via email. You can then track your package online here.
• After delivery to the pickup point, you will be informed via SMS and email about the possibility of collection. A pickup code will be sent to you.
• The package will be available for pickup at the pickup point for 7 calendar days.

• Delivery is only available within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Courier – Most cost-effective home delivery

The postage is based on the price list of the company Zásilkovna

• The ordered product is delivered by a courier service.
• The goods will be delivered within 1-2 business days of dispatch.
• At the time of dispatch, you will receive information including the package tracking number via email.
• For packages sent with cash on delivery, payment is made directly to the delivery driver. Payment can be made in cash or by credit or debit card.
• Delivery is only available within the Czech Republic.

Important Notice – Please check the condition of the package upon receiving the order, especially whether our tape is intact or repaired in any way. If you have any doubts, refuse to accept the package and inform us immediately so that we can agree on the next steps. Alternatively, we recommend accepting the package and opening it immediately in front of the courier.

If you accept the package and later discover damage or loss of contents, we can no longer intervene in any potential claims between you and the delivery company. We cannot take later complaints into account.
